RCWIN – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29th April 2026
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all prize draws operated by RCWIN (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By entering any RCWIN prize draw, entrants (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 RCWIN offers free‑entry prize draws, not gambling products. Every prize draw includes a free postal entry route, ensuring compliance with the Gambling Act 2005.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
2.2 RCWIN may request proof of age or identity before awarding a prize.
2.3 Employees, contractors, or agents of RCWIN, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Paid Entry Route
Paid entries are made through the RCWIN website by purchasing entries for the selected prize draw. Each paid entry is assigned a unique ticket number automatically upon successful payment. Paid entries are treated equally to free postal entries, with no advantage given to either route.
When making a paid entry, an account will automatically be created for the entrant. This allows entrants to view their orders, track their entries, and access their ticket numbers at any time.
3.2 Free Postal Entry Route
All postal entrants must create a free RCWIN account before their postal entry can be processed. The account must use the same full name and email address provided on the postal entry. This is required so RCWIN can securely apply the free entry credit and ensure the entrant receives confirmation of their entry
To enter any Competition without making a purchase, you may submit a free entry by sending your details on an unenclosed postcard to:
RCWIN, 6 Cedars Close, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1JA
No purchase is necessary to enter any Competition. Each postcard must clearly and legibly contain the following information:
- Full name
- Full postal address
- Email address
- Contact telephone number
- Date of birth
- The exact name of the Competition you wish to enter
Only one postal entry per person per competition is permitted, unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or multiple entries will be rejected.
Postal entries must be sent to the address stated above and must be received by the Promoter before the published closing date and time of the relevant Competition. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. The Promoter is not responsible for postcards that are lost, delayed, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible, insufficiently stamped, or received after the closing date.
Free Entry Allocation Limit
To maintain fairness and sustainability, free entries are limited to 10% of the total entries for each competition. Once the free‑entry allocation is reached, the free entry route will close for that competition. Paid entries remain open until the competition closes or sells out.
All free entries are processed in the same manner as paid entries and are included equally in the draw.
Upon receipt of a valid postcard entry, the Promoter will:
- Verify that all required information is present and legible
A Free Entry Verification & Coupon Code
Free entries must follow the same rules and deadlines as paid entries. Any free entry received before the official competition start date may not be included in the competition. Free entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Only free entries that meet all eligibility and verification requirements will be entered.
Postal entrants must log in to their RCWIN account and use the coupon to complete their entry before the competition closes. RCWIN cannot guarantee entry if the entrant fails to complete checkout before the closing date.
Postal entries are treated equally and fairly alongside paid entries and have the same chance of winning. Any postal entry that does not comply with these requirements will be void and will not be entered into the Competition.ts will be void and will not be entered into the Competition.
Free Entry Cancellation Policy
“If a competition is cancelled for any reason, all paid entries will be refunded in full. Free entries hold no monetary value and are automatically voided upon cancellation. Free entries do not roll over, transfer, or convert into credit for any future competition.”
4. Entry Limits
4.1 Each prize draw may specify a maximum number of entries per person.
4.2 Postal entries count toward this limit.
4.3 RCWIN may void entries that exceed the stated limit.
Fair Play Policy
RCWIN competitions may allow one or multiple tickets per entrant, depending on the competition. Entry limits will be clearly stated on each competition page, and entrants must follow the entry limit specified.
5. Prize Draw Closing
5.1 Each prize draw closes when either:
- all available entries are sold, or
- the advertised closing date is reached.
5.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
5.3 RCWIN reserves the right to extend or close any competition early when required for fairness, compliance, or operational reasons. RCWIN may also extend the competition if the minimum number of tickets has not been sold.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using RCWIN’s automated draw system.
6.2 RCWIN’s decision is final and binding.
Winner Notification & Prize Claim Requirements
7.1 Winners will be contacted using the email address provided at entry. A valid phone number is not required for a prize to be claimed, and RCWIN accepts no responsibility for entrants who choose not to provide one.
7.2 Winners must respond to the prize notification email and provide their full delivery details within 14 days of the initial contact. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or fails to provide the required information within this period, the prize will be deemed Unclaimed.

- the entrant refuses or is unable to provide valid delivery details
- the prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect or inaccessible contact information

11.4 Winner details (first name and general location only) may be published for transparency and promotional purposes, as outlined in Section 7.
11.5 RCWIN does not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties except where required for prize delivery or where legally necessary.
12. General
12.1 RCWIN may amend these Terms at any time where necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
12.2 Any changes to these Terms will be published on the RCWIN website. Continued participation in competitions after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
